STRENGTHENING INNOVATION AND DIGITALISATION IN SMES IN BIH /EU4DIGITALSME
Objavljen je Javni poziv „Jačanje inovacija i digitalizacije u malim i srednjim preduzećima u BiH” koji se finansira iz projekta EU4DigitalSME. Rok za dostavljanje projektnih prijedloga je 10. mart 2023. godine do 16.00 časova.
Poziva ima za cilj pružanje podrške inovativnim tehnološkim projektima primjenljivim u industriji kroz javno-privatna i privatno-privatna partnerstva između industrije, udruženja, poslovnih mreža (istraživanja i razvoja) u implementaciji mjera usmjerenih na tehnološku transformaciju MSP u cilju pomoći da rastu i primjenjuju svoja inovativna rješenja.
Na javni poziv mogu se prijaviti kao vodeći aplikanti pravna lica osnovana u Republici Srpskoj/BiH najkasnije od 31.12.2018. godine koja su odgovorna za pripremu i upravljanje projektom direktno sa partnerima, a ne kao posrednik.
Prihvatljivi aplikanti su: institucije za istraživanje i razvoj (javne i privatne), obrazovne institucije (javne i privatne), privredna komora, poslovni centri, sektorska i strukovna udruženja/klasteri (sa provjerljivim iskustvom razvoja privatnog sektora) i lokalne i
regionalne razvojne agencije.
Ukupan budžet Poziva iznosi 750 000 evra, s tim da iznos po pojedinačnom projektu može da bude u rasponu od 50 000 evra do 100 000 evra.

Project “Innovation and digitalization of small and medium-sized enterprises in Bosnia and Herzegovina”, which includes the EU4DigitalSME project is co-financed by the European Union and the Federal Ministry for Economic Cooperation and Development of the Federal Republic of Germany (BMZ). Project aims to increasing BiH’s capacity to support private-sector development through innovation and digitalisation.
To succeed in local, regional and international markets, SMEs have to increasingly introduce innovations and digital solutions in order to improve productivity, increase efficiency, lower costs, and overcome information asymmetries. In this context, the digital transformation of small businesses based on Information and Communication Technologies (ICT) is a key enabler for economic growth and development.

Cooperation between private sector and research and development institutions (R&D) is vital for achieving a higher level of innovation. By expanding knowledge transfer between the international academic community and industry we can innovate the technology industry focused on the capacities of small and medium enterprises. With the public call for legal entities, we encourage collaboration of scientific and research institutions to create solutions for the private sector, so we invite legal entities, public and private research and development institutions and educational institutions, as well as business support organizations and development bodies (agencies) to apply together.
Technology Industry Innovation focuses on the capacities of SMEs in developing digital and technological innovations and researchers in collaborating internationally, developing knowledge transfer between academia and industry is relevant for this Call.
This is how, we provide support to innovative technology projects applicable in the industry through public-private and private-private partnerships between industry, associations, business network R&D in the implementation of measures focused on technological transformation of SMEs in order to support SMEs to grow their innovative solutions and/or reach new markets.
